It was a perfect 10/10 stay, smallish place. Every detail was impressive from the beginning, including location and rooms, I loved it. The bedroom was large and the bed was very large. Could use terrace, fast wifi and high ceiling.

It was worth its 2 stars. Wanted to explore Evreux and this hotel was decent base for doing it. The property was close enough to supermarkets and a shopping mall. Restaurant here was good!
